On
my iPod: I don’t have an ipod but if I did I would have: Jones Family, David Crowder Band, some country, like Brad Paisley’s “Waitin' on a Woman”, Darius Rucker’s “It Won’t Be like this for Long”, Tim McGraw’s “My Little Girl." I enjoy Cold Play, David Cook,
Sigur Ros, Four Seasons, and anything Celtic.
My
favorite books: I like fiction. Kids books are great. “If You Give a Moose a Muffin”, “Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus”, etc
One of my favorite books is Stephen Lawhead’s Taliesin. Among modern authors Lawhead is my favorite. I am currently reading the King Raven Series. Also love Tolkien’s “The Lord of the Rings”. I also enjoy John Grisham.

One
favorite memory: Some of my fondest memories occurred while directing children in plays. They never cease to amaze! There is the famous “Are you alright” line delivered by my youngest daughter after she had fallen off a platform and was lying on her back. It was her next line so she just delivered it! There was the moment a very cocky kid realize he had no clue what any of his lines where. He was the lead in the show. I prayed for him and pushed him out on stage. He was glowing afterwards and really changed as he realized that God had been the reason he remembered ANYTHING!
Ministry
history: I began teaching Sunday School at the age of 14. My BA is in Christian Education from Scarritt College. I worked for six months at “The Lord’s Chapel” in Brentwood before we left for Zimbabwe Africa in 1985. While in Zimbabwe I taught a course at Africa Multinations for Christ Institute. I also taught Bible in the public school to first, fifth and sixth graders. When we returned to the States and began to minister at the church in Smyrna, I ran the Sunday School program. I was brought on staff to minister to our children in 1995.
